I had a really great experience with Transatlantic Trading Company: the size extra large M-65 field jacket I ordered was too large, so I ordered a size large at the same time as returning the size extra large. I received the size large very quickly (3-4 days; and it fits just right), and received a refund for the returned size extra large as soon as they received it a few days later. All during that time they were very courteous with emails to me to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
