Shipped wrong product & email chaos

Shipped the wrong product (Helikon Ripstop trousers, not heavyweight cotton). Have multiple email accounts, 13 I'm told, some of which they said they do not check! - including the address I sent three emails to. I didn't invent that address, I replied to it. Before buying I actually mailed them and pointed out that I was not ordering the Ripstop versions. If they recieved that email they ignored it. Transatlantic are the second supplier of Helikon who appear not to know anything about at least one product they are selling. All in all a PIA. In fact, having returned the trousers I am now waiting for either the correct versions (preferred option) or a full refund. Sending a request for a review whilst a dissatisfied customer is still awaiting a solution is symptomatic of a general lack of organisation. Sorry Transatlantic, you asked for it.

I received my M65 jacket
