Haven't received my boots and been 2 weeks

I ordered an item on the 1st March, over a fortnight ago. I still haven’t received it & no one answers the phone or replies to emails or messages, if I could give no stars I would! Rubbish firm.

I ordered a jacket it became bigger I send it back. No refund not contact me not answering the phone very bad experience.

Wrong colour recieved. Quality terrible. Several emails and many unanswered phone calls tells me they dont give a crap about the customer. Free uk returns? What a joke. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I have ordered and paid for a jacket and after 6 days I didn't get any answer from this company even after I sent them a few emails and phone calls, they are not answering and not responding. I do not recommend this store I think they are scammers, I am just waiting to see if they refund my money. No communication, no delivery
