Experience was excellent, great customer service and my panels were installed the same week as I paid my deposit. Tradesmen left the house clean and tidy. could not have asked for a more efficent install.

From start to finish I couldn't fault Greener Energy Group. I was talked through all the available options available for changing from an old storage heating system (other companies only focused on ASHP). I was initially hesitant to consider ASHP due to the perceived costs involved, however they talked me through all the options for various systems, costs and benefits available, and gave me time to consider my options. After a lot of research, and many questions (all swiftly answered), I settled on an ASHP with entirely new hearting system. The surveys conducted were all swift, and instillation has just been completed taking 3.5 days in total. The plumbers and electricians all worked well together, with minimal complications (surprising for such an old property!). They were efficient and professional, tidying up behind themselves. The office staff have been excellent in ensuring I understood all the processes and helping with any questions. I would definitely recommend Greener Energy Group.

I have just had Air Pump Heating installed. The installation team were amazing, kept me informed of what was going on, everyone was polite and courteous, there was no mess left. There has been a couple of teething problems but these were sorted very quickly, the office staff are all lovely and have been very helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate recommend Greener Energy group.
11 week install of ASHP
Had an air source heat pump installed and was told it would be a 3 day install. Due to another customer self-isolating we were asked if we wished to be moved forward a week. Yes I said but when the date came the plumbers turned up on time but the radiators were days late because the project manager hadn’t ordered them. One of the towel rails took lot longer. When the electrician turned up it wasn’t a surprise that some of his parts were not there either. Thankfully we were only without heat for a few days but on manual controls with the emersion heater. When the thermostats did finally turn up, they wouldn’t work if the were more that 2 meters from the transmitter so had to be scrapped. I had to keep chasing the company to see what was happening I kept being told that project manger would phone me back and never did. Have to say thank you to Lynne in the office she was the one that was able to pull everyone together and eventually get it sorted. A different type of thermostat was ordered and eventually installed. Everything was done and only took about 74 days longer than expected. When installing the heat pump one of the plumbers dropped something on some of the slabs in the back garden and smashed them. The annoying thing was he tried to say he wasn’t him, “it was like that before” he said. He would have been tripping over it constantly from day one if it had been. Thankfully when the missed up again the offered to pay for the replacements just to keep me happy. All the tradespeople that were I the house were great (apart from the slabs) the 11 week install was all due to the project manager not managing. The wait wouldn’t have been a problem, which is what I kept telling them if someone would actually keep me updated. edited: I have retracted the named project manger after having had multiple phone calls to apologise
Disappointed; not very useful interaction.
I left my contact details as I wanted to enquire about energy options for a new property. I was called swiftly but told that nothing can be done until I have the keys to the property. Fair enough, but the person could not talk me through any greener options even in a more general way nor could I be told at which timescale works can be done. They just called me to make an appointment to see my heating as the caller had no understanding of energy systems whatsoever. Then, a week later, I receive another call. The notes left on the system were all wrong with none indicating that I do not yet own that property. I don't think I would trust them with getting work done if I ever do happen to own that said property.

Air source heat pump
From start to finish I can’t fault this company answering all my questions making sure I understood everything before moving to next stage …installation was as quick as they could possibly make it over 3 days and the guys where as clean and Tidy as the job allowed and always left thing clean before they left … have had my air source now for almost 2 years and never had any problems my house is alway lovely and Warm as is the hot water ….. even booking a service is easy the engineer is friendly and efficient as is the the lady on the phone that took my appointment . Happy customer Miss burns
1st annual service, very happy
This was the first service since the system was installed. It was carried out very efficiently. The engineer, Martin, was very nice and was very happy to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service and I think the system is running better than ever.
