Ordered cream. Received grey. The pictures clearly show a cream coloured material. I just assume the grey curtains have been labelled cream by mistake which is causing the confusion. Such a shame. Prefer replacement in cream rather a refund.

They sent two wrong items in my order. This was despite having the correct details on the order sheet
