Ordering was easy, quick delivery with updates. The packaging was very tight, which in my experience bit difficult getting your items back inside if need to return. Maybe they should include another bag for returns. I was worried in case it split. Rather expensive to return curtains, but guess that can’t be helped. You can’t judge how the colours will be from online images. Unfortunately for me they were not right. Refund was made extremely fast, so that’s excellent. Well done Mill shop 😊
