Fantastic service. Through no fault of Ability superstore I could not get my watch to work, but with one phone call they called me back within 10 mins and sorted the problem. Box was covered in mayonnaise or similar when delivered by post which wasn't so nice.

Great service in terms of email updates of despatch etc and swift delivery. Only grumble was the cost of the boccia set - high cost will deter more disablity groups from purchasing items - but this is not a reflrection o this company however, just a general observation.

My wife has just received a new toilet support rail from ability superstore. It is a fantastice help to her since she had a fall about six months ago and has been unable to walk since.Getting on and off the loo was a great difficulty and she often had to be helped. Now she is delighted to be able to go without assistance. I fixed it to the wall in about ten minutes (making sure it was fitted safely). Really pleased, too, with the prompt service and delivery. Price was pretty good as well.
