I have used Ability Superstore on a few occasions for different types of items and have been very pleased with the service I have received. If I've ordered online the process was easy to follow & complete & delivery was very quick. If I've needed to order by telephone, either because I needed advice on product before ordering or because I wanted specific information, the service I received was excellent, reliable & efficient. In fact staff took order by phone to save me bother of going online & again service & delivery were excellent.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you. The stick arrived before lunch on Friday and it's perfect. The same as my old one (I had it for 16 years) but so much lighter. My husband says you were extremely helpful on the telephone and with the quickness of response and level of service we shall not only look to use you again but pass your details on to others.

The cutlery I ordered for my disabled mother wasn't in stock, so they emailed and we agreed on a similar style which was slightly more expensive. They did not want the additional cost and sent out the replacement cutlery the next day, which really helps my mum to eat as it's designed for folk with a tremor. A great service and I would use them again for sure.

Was a bit disappointed to find the invoice direct from the warehouse was enclosed with my invoice from Ability Superstore and seeing the mark up and what I had paid for a skipping rope was fairly galling. I think there was a 300% profit made which I think I would rather not had known!

I'm wasn't very happy with the shower slippers I purchased as they didn't do what Ability Superstore said they would do (on the internet). The internet said they were designed to stop you slipping in the shower but on the package it said they were for wearing on slippery floors i.e. wooden. When I wore them in the shower they got slippy very quickly. A complete waste of money. I would have sent them back but had already destroyed the packaging.

Not used to ordering online but the team really helped me and now I've used the internet to order lots of other things. Have already recommended and will continue to do so! Not many companies out there as nice to deal with anymore. An absolute pleasure! Thanks
