I wanted to purchase plastic screws to fasten the raised toilet seat to the toilet. The seat was fine but the screws deteriorate over time as the seat is taken on and off for cleaning. I did not want to purchase a new seat just because the screws had broken. There were no screws in the catalogue so I rang Ability Superstore and spoke to a lovely lady who rang the manufacturer and discovered that screws could be purchased separately. She arranged for me to get some and to put the screws onto the on-line catalogue. I cannot be the only person who needed these so well done to Ability Superstore - saved me money!
