This product is very good and very reasonably priced

First, part of my order was not available, and I had an informative email apologising for this, which was clearly written by a person not an automated system. Second, when my order arrived, it wasn't what I thought it was (partly my fault, partly a result of a confusing website display). The problem was resolved speedily, politely and with excellent communications, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received.
