Reluctantly went for this because the fittings were slightly cheaper, but that soon bit me in the bum when i paid £12 for next day delivery and waited over 7 days for it to be delivered.. and you guessed it they forgot a few items, so that job your thinking of doing? Pay a little extra and go somewhere else people

Every order ive placed has never been on time I pay for the shipping 2-3 days it says so if I order on a Monday lets say for argument's sake they don't process it until Tuesday that means by Friday I should have it but nope! sometimes its been a week late other times worse!! please sort your picking and delivery out! there's companies out there that offer free delivery quicker than this! I do however always get my products so that's a good thing but if you need them on time I suggest finding another supplier. I've learnt to order before I'm going to need the items

rubbish customer services need to learn there job should have had delivery on 12/12/23 throw fedex never showed up so called on 14-15 and was told replacements would be sent right out as needed items for certain date was told by 3 women in total they would make sure i had some by the date by sending replacements well not one kept there word and no more sent so on 19th called to tell them to refund me as no longer any use to me and was told by some bloke total moron that they would need to claim first from fedex i told him that is there problem not mine so he then told me if it turned up i would have to pay return and restocking fee as the pipe was cut to size he is another one that needs to learn the law if sizes stated are sizes brought they are not cut to size and he would have to arrange with fedex to pick up if ever turned up just one excuse after another so told him that is fine tracking shows not delivered will go to paypal for refund as they have to stick by there rules not make up there own and was refund a week later with pipe dreams not even replying to the case

You always think it won’t happen to you, and then it does. In my 20+ years of online shopping, I have never experienced a transaction that was as stressful nor egregiously difficult in all aspects than this one. Order took 3.5 wks to arrive. Item was a much larger version than the listing, approximately 2.5x greater in various dimensions of the piece – a floor towel rail rather than a tabletop hand-towel rail as depicted in listing photos. Seller refused to rectify his error to provide return shipping for either a return or an exchange for the correct item. Insisted that I pay for any shipping costs for HIS FAULTY ORDER. Buyer, beware – do research, read reviews, note “red flags” and understand the risks with your own online purchase.

I bought two adaptors for my pipes and unfortunately they were not right for fitting my new taps. When asked to return them I was made aware that 25% of restocking charges were going to be applied to my refund. It is written in their terms and conditions , but I believe that it’s slightly unfair. Please check terms and conditions before buying here.

Wished I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 300 quid worth of fittings and pipes for a project and whilst the pipes arrived next day as ordered, all fittings were missing. The driver saw the label that said 4 packages with only 3 delivered said 'sorry, only got 3'. I then talked to FedEx who told me piece number 4 only has the label created but was not shipped yet. Brian on chat told me that the items will still go out same day and will be with me a day later (so obviously not next day anymore). Sales then told me via email (a James Boran) that the package 'was split on the way' but will be with me the same day. In the evening I then jumped on chat with them again and the same Brian told me they were waiting for the wheels I ordered but wonders if the parcel wasn't scanned / lost because they are shipping a lot. So from this point on it was clear to me that a. the story doesn't line up (waiting for parts vs. split by the courier) and b. that the parts will be too late for the project as it is unlikely I will get them even within 48hrs of ordering. I now made another order from a different company and hope that stuff arrives before the weekend so I don't look like an idiot and won't be able to deliver said project. So their support does communicate - unlike some customers said here on the page but like I say - stories don't line up and I am still no closer to a solution. Having said that - the phone number seems just a cosmetic addition to the website as no one ever picks up. "Brian" from the chat was trying to call FedEx apparently but he hasn't responded to me until after hours now so I am sure he won't / left for the day by now. Cannot really recommend Pipe Dream Fittings - but kudos to them - the company name "Pipe Dream" is certainly 'fitting'. I will wait a few days now and see if they are able to fix the issue and go from there. Edit: Order number 106945 ... but this was two months ago - there's nothing to fix now. I eventually received the order even though some parts were wrong but no need to dig through that now as the project has completed with help from another supplier.
