Road Buddy were efficient, clear and friendly. Road Buddy came through for us - a campervan, late night and a 3 hour drive to get us and our vehicle home. They were with us within the hour. I wish we'd tried them earlier rather than the 5 hours and 3 cancellations we had waited through our own insurance company who eventually told us no one was available until the following day. The driver was very friendly and chatty and made us comfortable. Having a copy of correspondence and transactions on the phone will hopefully be accepted by our insurance company for reimbursement. An invoice for insurance purposes would be helpful, as a suggestion.

I called Road Buddy after getting a bad puncture on M25 and managing to get safely to services. They were very helpful and a mobile fitter was with me within an hour.

Do not trust this company's high reviews, they just take a fee and outsource the recovery jobs to other companies who then ask for more money. We were quoted and agreed upon a price for a recovery and even confirmed with them that the price was final and there would be no further charges. On the day of the recovery, a different company called us and told us they would be doing the recovery and there would be a charge per mile on top of the original price. We were forced to agree to the fees because we needed the job done at that day and had already paid a large deposit with Road Buddy. After paying the deposit we couldn't get in touch with the person at Road Buddy as the person who answered the phone would not let us speak to him.

I had a flat tyre on my van on the M25 in the evening , Road Buddy came out within the hour and had me back on the road within 2 . fast efficient , excellent service. cannot rate them highly enough.

Discovered a nail in my new tyre at Cobham services. Too dangerous to continue and steel spare not an option as on way to France. We found a mobile service offered by Road buddy. Fantastic service. Able to get exact match of tyre for VW T5.1. The overall cost including tyre fit, callout was reasonable. I did not want to risk going to a tyre fit centre. The process of confirming order via WhatsApp and paying deposit before fit was easy and reassuring. We did have to wait 4hrs but it was the start of the Queens platinum jubilee, so traffic was mental. The tyre fitter Naz was brilliant both in fitting the tyre and just being reassuring. We did make the Le Shuttle and now in France. 1000k miles and no more tyre probs. Thanks for great customer service

Great service all round. From quote to fix in less than a day and could have been same day but we were not in a hurry.

Highly Recommend! We needed a vehicle recovered after a bump and a driver was there quickly without any issues and recovered back to a garage our company use. Couldn't fault the service, will look to use again when working in the area if any issues arise.
