Was super nice, they got to me in 45 mins when i was stuck on the m62 at 4am! They calmed my nerves and he was super efficient in replacing the tyre!

My daughter’s tyre popped on the A2 on Friday around 10pm, and the guys were there within the hour. They had the tyre we needed in stock, and fitted it quickly, and my daughter was back in the road. Highly recommend!

Great experience - had a flat tire and Road Buddy sent out someone straightaway. Even with really bad traffic, he made it to me within less than two hours and changed the tire within about 10 minutes. Both the driver and the office were super communicative and responsive the whole time. The driver even topped up my other front tire with air so they were even. Thank you!

The fitter dispatched from uni tyres Ltd that attended my distressed call was a real gentleman who went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and safe. Would definitely use again if required. Sam my call handler from Road Buddy was also efficient , it’s just a shame that he kept trying to push the price up by offering me another driver who could get to me quicker… the first offer was an extra £10 to get to me 25 minutes earlier, 2nd offer was £20 to get to me 20 mins earlier.. This I was not impressed with.

In my hour of need I was delighted to come across this company. When you have a puncture as a girl you feel very vulnerable. However the guy who changed my tyres couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so reassuring, thank you.
