Excellent service, I had my car put on the back of the recovery vehicle within 45mins of calling them!!! The person on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and talked me through how to send him my location as I am a techno phob. The recovery driver was very professional and friendly, Thank you again

They charged £100 to phone local garage which I could have done myself. The garage said the same . SCAMMERS. Don’t use !!!! The issue is what was the £100 for, as I said the local garage said it would have cost £164.64 if I had phoned them direct instead I had to pay £264.64 you are in London and nothing to do with local garage and you sent them to the wrong place and asked us to pay them £20 for your mistake no way !!

I needed a jump start for a new EV car. Road Buddy were responsive and routed me to a local provider who was quick to help and get me going. I provided a deposit to Road Buddy via bank transfer and paid the provider a balance when the job was complete.
