Mohammed was the fitter who came to my house and he was pleasant, polite and efficient. He did a very good job. It was a Friday evening and the response time from my initial call to him arriving was under an hour and a half. Very good !

When I discovered that I had a nail in my tyre I googled 24hr Mobile Tyre Change Service and Road Buddy was the second option that came up. The first one said that I was not in their radius. Road buddy gave me a quote and as it was cheaper than another company I used a few years ago I accepted it. I gave them the tyre size and had to pay a deposit fee. I was informed that someone would be with me in 90 minutes. 20 minutes after my phone call to Road Buddy Yusuf called me to say that he was on his way and would be with me by 8:30pm. Yusuf arrived at 8:30pm on the dot and within 20 minutes (I timed it) he was finished. I was very surprised at how quickly the tyre was changed. Thanks to Yusuf I was happy to be back on the road again and able to get home within a reasonable time. Yusuf told me that if a person is within travelling distance of 90 minutes Road Buddy will assist. Although I have read the bad reviews, I have saved their number so that if something unfortunate happens to me whilst I am in London I will call them again.

Absolute shower of pirates, they where over an hour late for a pre booked appointment and turn up with a 20 year old car towing a trailer way to small to fit our vehicle on then left us absolutely stranded, they won’t refund the deposit, total pirates avoid like the plague. Car was not modified as stated in reply, also the driver was blatantly ignoring my multiple calls when he was supposedly getting a larger trailer. Cowboys!

Amazing service. Some of our party were stuck 242 miles away from home after a family holiday. Jerry was great at communicating and Hawkr was amazing when driving our family. Great service - thank you!

This company is just amazing and the price was really reasonable considering the emergency call out on a Sunday! I got a puncture just outside Reading whilst on the way to visit my elderly mother who has recently been in hospital. She was in tears when she thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it. I found Road Buddy through Google and called in desperation. I am so pleased I did. Abdul who answered the phone was just amazing. He shuffled an appointment around with another customer’s agreement and got me a slot with Nick who called me 10 minutes later, collected the new tire from the depot and arrived with the new tire about 30 mins after that. Thanks to Abdul and Nick from Road Buddy I got to my mother’s for lunch. I am so grateful and so impressed!
