Stranded late at night after hitting a badger. Called my breakdown service who told me I would have to wait 2 hours and pay almost a grand. Rang Road Buddy. So amazingly helpful. Got us help within the hour and towed us home. Huge thanks to Asad for his calm reassurance on the phone and to Jack for the efficient friendly tow home. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was brilliant. My daughter was stranded and he got out there straight away, really efficient, got the job done with no problems and was super lovely as well. Highly recommend Jerry!!

They scammed me for £500 pounds. I was quoted £1350 to tow my car/caravan and they took £500 deposit before they had a driver, then say you will not get it back if you make other arrangements. I sat at the roadside for 12 hours (with multiple drivers asking for further money to collect me) till a driver finally got there. They charged £1250 at collection and £170 at drop off and told me my deposit would be refunded, this never happened. As all is spoken and not in writing the banks would not uphold due to lack of evidence. While at the roadside fraud was attempted on my card and HSBC cancelled my card because of this. They said if I could prove my payments by sending a screenshot of the statement they would refund but I didn't want to send a statement due to the card being cancelled and possibility of further fraud. why he couldn't check his drivers payments (as it would prove my payment) I don't know. I know they will have a comeback to blame this on me but I just want to help others be vigilant when using this company. Edit - Reply: As I said I knew he would try turn it. You only tried to contact me after the banks were involved by whatsapp! the estimated arrival time was 6pm, I was collected at 12. The driver can't have proof as I paid as I described. The fraud was not on my part. Again please be wary of this company. Edit- please review the pictures on the google review as it has my evidence. All that he has said is wrong.

Was stuck with a blow out on a busy bypass, dark night and lone female. Jerry sorted out a fitter quickly and kept me informed. Fitter was also efficient. My only gripe is that it was a very expensive process which rather took advantage of people being in a ‘pickle’.

Horrendous company. Driver held me to ransom and wouldn’t drop my car at the garage,unless I gave him cash,after I’d agreed it was a credit card payment. The company didn’t help and sort anything out. Stay away! I wasn’t refusing to pay,I just didn’t have the cash to pay.I needed to put the balance on my credit card. It wouldn’t have mattered stopping at a cash machine.You should be more clear about payment. If a deposit can be paid by credit card,why can the balance not be! Your drivers should be prepared. The driver was a disgrace.He was rude,didn’t answer me when I asked him something about the car&was shouting at me about the payment.He literally held my car for ransom for nearly 2hrs while I had to get someone to transfer money to me to help me out,this was totally unacceptable. I had worked through the night,had been up for 36hrs and yourself and the driver made the latter part of my day hell. Horrendous experience.

Fast response and the guy fitting the tyre was polite and friendly and did a great job , highly recommended also spoke to Jerry on the phone to book the job , also very friendly and professional
