Really helpful company to deal with. I needed to receive the items quickly and required them to be sent to another location. Nothing was a problem and their help was very much appreciated. Strongly recommended.

Items missing from order. Purchased three items on 25.10.24. Two turned up on 28th. I contacted support on 28th. I was informed the item would be with me 29th. I have emailed today on the 30th to say no additional shipping information or product has been received. Other than this, the prices were good and the communication was good. Just waiting for my order to completed. Once my items turn up I would rate as 5 stars as so far they have been responsive to my problem - alas, all my order has not turned up ! ( ref 33220 ). An update. The problem was located and the item was then re-shipped. As such, I have updated my experience. We all have issues in life, it's how you deal with them.

Terrible service. Ordered a week ago. Email yesterday to find out where goods are. No response, called today to say their supplier has put half our order on hold as they're out of stock of 1 item and they've only dispatched 2 of 6 burns kits ordered because they didn't have enough. But no contact, no notification, no nothing! and told it will take two weeks for a refund. I Advise to order elsewhere

Excellent quick service. Fast delivery. No hassle

I ordered 2 Fire Safety sticks. It was so easy to order the items on their website. I had to call customer service as a part of my address was not showing on the invoice. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and rectified the problem. I received delivery notification from DX Express Delivery of my delivery date, but had to change the delivery to the next day, again was simple. On the day of my delivery I received a 2 hour time slot which could be tracked on line. I had no problems with either the Fire Protection Shop or DX Express Delivery and would buy from them again, good service all-round.

Items arrived promptly and well-packaged. Packed by Bob. Thank you Bob. Difficult to review a fire-blanket, by definition I am not planning to actually use it. In an ideal world it will just hang on the kitchen wall in it's red bag, ready to be of service. It looks as if it does everything a fire-blanket should. Has tabs to pull to release from it's bag at a moment's notice. Clear instructions on how to use it on the front of the bag. In my entire life I have not used a fire-blanket, long may it continue.
