Very good and professional. Missed a few calls from them without them leaving a voicemail which slightly prolonged the process, but dealt with everything quickly otherwise.

Rent4Sure is a horrifically invasive company who hound you for a lot more information than is needed to verify your references. Even getting a US citizenship doesn't require this much documentation. On top of that, their phone jockeys are incredibly rude and condescending. Do yourself a favour and use RentProfile instead, which is a far less invasive and more user friendly service.
