Rob was amazing! Excellent customer service and sorted out such a good deal for our internet!

Rob was quality, was on top of sorting out the best WiFi package for moving in. Highly recommend to anyone who is moving in to a new flat!

We were in the process of renting a house which we ended up not getting. Rent4Sure/HomeTeleCom rang us to set up wifi and Tv licence BEFORE anything was confirmed. As we have never done this before, we were under the assumption that right we must have got the house. So we set up our wifi and paid £100 for the router, installation etc, only to then find out weeks later that we didnt get the house. We rang up Rent4Sure to cancel which we were then informed a cancellation can be processed within the 14 day cool off, but you will only recieve £4 refund. £96 they have stolen off us because they rang us to set up wifi for a house when they knew nothing was confirmed. Given that 5 other applicants were in for this house, did they ring them too, to steal money off them? SHAFTING INEXPERIENCED RENTERS! Really really poor buisness from someone we looked to trust as we have never done this before. DO NOT USE THEM!

Spoke to Rob on the phone today, everything was made very easy for me and made the effort to call back a second day before I found out my move in date!

Rent4Sure have been brilliant so far. They were very quick to get my references check, and held my hand through the process of getting my internet set up, for a really good price too! While they weren't technically my choice (they are partnered with my estate agent as far as I can tell), they have been friendly and efficient. As a first time renter, I have to say that they have made the process really easy.

Spoke with chris today, he was very attentive and he took his time to answer all my questions.
