I spoke to Laura Brown today about setting up WiFi and TV in my new flat. She was absolutely amazing! She took me through the different options available to me and really took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the deal. I asked her to phone me back to give me a chance to speak with my flat mate about our options and she happily did so even though it was almost the end of the working day. Thanks so much Laura!

terrible company never reply to you on an update been other a week now, I would say avoid this company on doing any references as there are poor. all you have to do is read all the negativity posts its shocking!!
I’m so unhappy with Rent4Sure
I’m so unhappy with Rent4Sure. I have set up a contract with Virgin and was promised by Rent4Sure that the install would be on the 25th June or 29th June. After I ordered, I received an email stating 20th July for install. I have tried to contact virgin, apparently my details are not activated so I can’t change the date. I called Rent4Sure, Rob was going to speak to his manager... I never received a call back. I’m now waiting for Virgin to call me back so I can cancel my order, receive a refund of the deposit I have already paid and start all over again. Absolutely appalled at the level of service I have received from both companies.
