Rent4Sure have been our preferred referencing agency for years now. We love how speedy the staff our and they are always on hand to answer any questions we have. As an agency their help and knowledge is invaluable!

Very disappointed They have asked for landlord references I have provided. They have asked for employment I have provided. But because I work for a small company, they would not accept the company email. The company has 2 names. Eventually their saw the company email on the website, their have asked for references. My director has provided. After nearly 20 days. They still not satisfied. The state agent is delaying the return my holding deposit. I had to seek legal advice and they are not entitled to. I really do advice not to use them. Where I rented in past I used another reference company. And it was not like that at all. I have a very good credit score as well. Really it has proved impossible with rent for sure. I even asked to pay some months rents in advance. The state agent has said that I will have to pay the £60 pounds fee, when returning my holding deposit. Stressful very stressful

Not good, they will make it impossible, asking for more and more. I do not recommend it ,,,
