I gotta say, my experience with Tax Lien Wealth Builders and our trainer, Mark Perez, have been pretty awesome. First off, if you're thinking about it, I'd 100% recommend the Fly-Out training. It's the real deal. Now, let's talk about Mark. That guy knows his stuff. He didn't drown us in fancy jargon or complex real estate lingo. Nope, he kept it simple and relatable, like talking to a buddy. Best part - Mark exceeded my expectations. I walked in with high hopes, and he went above and beyond. The Real Estate Quick Start Training with Coach Eric Lloyd. Coach Eric is an amazing trainer and teacher. His teaching method is patient, detailed and precise. Even through there are set topics that needs to be covered, Each class is different, the flow and easy of each class, always leaves you with different nuggets. My nuggets from the last training are: 1. Using "or designated entity on each of my real estate offer. 2. Redefining how to pick a market to invest in. 3. How to allow the property tell the exit strategy. 4. AIRDNA and the potential of short-term rentals, best markets for investing. The learning is rich and full of great substances that will build a person Real Estate portfolio. I am excited for the future!

Robin is an amazing coach. His patience and tenacity are unmeasurable.

My husband Jason and I signed up with TLWB for the tax lien program and for a fly-out with our coach Eric Lloyd. We just had our fly-out August 31-Sept 2, 2023 and the experience was amazing!!!! Eric set the foundation for our three days in terms of setting goals, outlining/tackling many topics, quickly identifying and validating our strengths, and focusing on turning our weaker areas into strengths. He gave us 100% of his attention and focus and tailored everything to our learning style, and what we wanted to get out of the experience. We were able to validate our skills in many examples in real life, and practiced in our other two markets of choice. We felt pretty confident with ARV, rehab costs, and offers; and going over our process with Eric just validate that we are on point! We focused on team building and funding plan, and we feel much more confident in these areas. We learned to see things from multiple perspectives and have good exit strategies. Most of all the one-on-one experience is highly motivating and our confidence increased significantly! We highly recommend coach Eric, and the fly-out process for anyone looking to build your real estate business or grow it to the next level!!!!

It was an awesome experience. Getting that one on one interaction. Mark made sure we understood everything and how he pushed us to help give us more confidence. Learn so much from getting HML, finding properties, talking to realtors, getting comps. Thank you again Mark for you time and knowledge.

My Flyout was 8/29-31/2023. Jeremy Isles was my Flyout coach. It was an intense three days of learning, rehearsing, and implementing. Jeremy's style of teaching combined him telling me information, having me repeat what I heard/learned, implementing through examples and repetition. This combination was perfect for my learning style. During the three days, my anxiety about being a first time real estate investor decreased. I began to feel more confident as Jeremy explained that we need realtors, HMLs and general contractors but they need us as much if not more. Whenever I got frustrated or confused during the process, Jeremy was only a call or text away. I highly recommend the Flyout and if you're lucky you'll get Jeremy Isles as your coach. I am soooooo confident that I can do this after my Flyout experience with Jeremy.

Karl gave a detailed session on the LEGAL aspects of the wholesaling process. I knew some of the information, but picked up a whole truckload more. The more we know, the less intimidating wholesaling becomes. Great job, Karl!!

I am a student from Tax Lien Wealth Builders , I signed up with the program at the beginning of the year 2023, first I was a little skeptical and nerves about it. As soon I started reviewing the study guide Things weren't so easy and clear, but thanks to the couches (Erin, Phill, Jeremy, Tony, John, etc) that where there to help me when I need it, make Things Little easier , still a lot of things to do and learn, but you need to sweat in order to see your results. I received my first Tax Lean Check in the mail. Later on July of this year I attended to the expo and had signed up for another program (FLY-OUT) with Mark Perez (our mentor) it is been exciting to learn all those information and steps that his been teaching us, we didn't have no idea and how to do those steps. We had our 3 day mentor section with great guy, excellent person with a nice and beautiful family, the way he guide us and teach us is very easy to understand him, very knowledgeable, patient and over all he always make sure we understand the process , if I could give Mark more then 5 starts I would. Thank you so much Mark Perez you are terrific. And thanks to all of you from Tax Lean Wealth Builders.
