Mr. Benson, allows us to be hands on during the class. We ask questions related to our deal and he provides answers that apply to that situation. Also, we walk through our research of actual properties we are working on.

In the QuickStart class with Eric Lloyd today (as always), he was simply amazing! He made everything so easy to assimilate. Great job!

Coming from no Real Estate back ground. I've learned a great deal of knowledge from Eric Lloyd, that had me re-evaluating my goals to make it happen sooner! Creating a game plan of action and growing courage to make it happen. His patience and acceptance of any questions, never a numb question made it a race among other attendees to get your question out there for him to hear. Erin Bates very informational hopefully will catch a whole live event. Phil Kessler is awesome... Tax Lien Wealth Builders (TLWB) is absolutely a rock star organization. I have joined many different real estate investing education programs and have had more success and direct, personal assistance with TLWB than any other group. The weekly calls I join with Jeremy Isles and Mark Perez are nothing short of great training/education. All the coaches involved take the time to address each persons individual cases. I continue to return to the in person live events at every opportunity possible due to the individualized, relevant help.
