Bought something that is not fit for purpose and when I phoned to discuss returning it I was told that you wont allow a return to be process just because it's not fit for purpose, in my opinion and just because I'm not happy with it.

Paid for next day delivery but received no notice of dispatch therefore told the person for whom I was fitting the unit that it would be safest to postpone. In the event the package did turn up but after said person had set out in their car for the day. Price was good.

Don't buy inphase amp products (own brand). Will not do what it says. The one I own says 2000rms watts. Only capable of 864. The fusing would also only support 1080 watts if it was 100% efficient (no amp is). Probably will reply to this saying this dousnt sound right. However here is the maths. 75amp x 14.4volt = 1080watt. 1080 watt x 0.80(80% eficient) = 864 watt output so this means this amp can't do over 1080 watt input power before popping the fuses that are on the amp.. please explain how this amp can be rated 2000watts rms. 4000 watts max.. it's physically impossible. Now. After my tests. This amp would clip at arround 29v ac output. This would mean arround 841watts output with a 1 ohm load Still dousnt support upto 1000rms watts let alone 2000. What a joke 🤣
