Love my new dufflecoat. I'd been looking in retail outlets for a while without success so was really pleased to find it online Sizing is accurate. Delivery was very quick. Colour is fab. Very pleased indeed.

When ordering this duffle coat it was so easy and straight forward .Just hope it’s the same for delivery .

The website is misleading on prices of coats - with the front page saying the classic duffle coat is £134, but when clicking through the price goes up to £179 and no coats are available at the first price given. You should also cover the cost of returns in the case of wrong sizes - this is standard for the majority of online only clothing retailers. I followed the size guide, allowing plenty of room however the coat was still too small. At the very least provide more guidance on how to use the size guide.
