Great Service good quality coat but tape measurements and size seemed inconsistent. Solved problem by trying on M&S coats before ordering which seemed to match sizing and produced perfect fit.

Do not expect timely refunds or expedient communication from this company from the United States or UK. There are significant delays in attentive customer service and responsiveness to customer concerns. While the product itself is exceptional, a positive buying and customer experience is severely limited by these frustrations.
