Bought a coat by accident, didn’t have any intention of keeping it but once it arrived the quality and material was impeccable. Perfect for the winter weather here in england and now its my go to coat. The quality to detail is second to none especially for the price.

Service was good but waiting for a refund would not reccommend. They took payment straightaway 7 days still waiting and told it will be 21 days by PayPal as they sent e cheque . And it's there fault l sent it back wrong sizing on jacket to what it said online. Its 2020 waiting so long for refund and l also paid first class signed package to return which was not cheap £11no free returns and only to be returned by royal mail plus train fare to get to a post office . Refund time when l paid straight from my card is unacceptable
