My Duffle coat arrived today. I can't believe that a piece of clothing bought online fitted me as though it was custom made for me! Value for every penny I spent. Not that I spent a lot.The whole process was smooth ... seamless. It was literally click and forget. I love my coat.

Beautiful coat. My son was very pleased with it.

Nice coat. Fits well. Buttons look and feel solid. Not sure I will button it up as it is a bit of a fiddle to unbutton again. The side pockets are nice. Not sure why I had to cut some stitching to get my hands in. I would definately buy this again Especially if it had a patterned material to help hide the scuffs and stains easily seen on this plain colour.

Overall happy customer and happy owner of a classic duffle etc but website experience is very poor. Size tables are most of the time incomplete which makes purchases almost impossible - I am thinking of the long peacoat for instance where only the overall length and the sleeve length are available - the chest and possibly hip measurements would be much more helpful... Inconsistance from on item to the other. As an online retailer this is really bad.

Package arrived within 2 days of purchase. Contents were as advertised on site and true to size. Very happy customer.

The duffle coat was bought for my daughters 50th birthday it was her choice and she wanted something typically English. She lives in Australia and it is they’re winter now. The coat arrived so quickly which was fantastic and in time for her special birthday. The only thing I’d say was that she reported it arrived packaged in a bag which was a surprise she hadn’t a clue who it was from and the coat was very creased. However she’s very pleased with the coat and excited to wear such a special thing.
