The parcel was delivered very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition

Duffle coat is exactly what my mother wanted & a perfect fit. The only drawback with this order was that the invoice inside the package had the correct house number (42) but the number on the outside of the package was different (24), which of course meant it went to the wrong house. Our neighbour however did some detective work & rang us to enable the package to be picked up. So I've rated the experience as a 4 instead of the perfect 5, sorry.
