This is the second dufflecoat I have bought and the only reason for the second one was lose of weight, I ordered online and received my coat within days,very pleased with the colour and size thanks.

I've bought a couple of their raincoats and they're excellent, really well made (in the UK!) and very stylish (IMHO). My orders were received very quickly as well.

My new duffel coat is excellent quality, fits perfectly, great value for money. It was delivered the day after I ordered it, very quick service. Unfortunately the hanger was broken, I would have liked a sturdy hanger for the coat as it's quite heavy but the breakage was probably the responsibility of the delivery contractor.

Excellent quality coat, very well made. I needed to try on three coats before I managed to get the right size, because the sizing is so generous. I normally wear a size 12 or 14 coat, but have bought a size 10 of the Classic Fit Women's Duffle, and it's just perfect. Am delighted. Also, Customer Services are very helpful. Any returns are at your own expense, and I had to spend £11 on Special Delivery because I wanted the coat insured. I think that's fine, though, you just need to know.
