This is the second duffle that I've bought from you buying my first one seven years ago. Excellent service delivered the next day after ordering it. The only slight reservation with my new one is 'why did you make the sleeves longer? The longer length is quite sufficient and much improved over the standard length duffle coat. Apart from the rope hasps worn, there is nothing wrong at all with the one that I purchased seven years ago. Have you any suggestions where I can locate three rope hasps to repair it?

Having purchased a duffle coat from Montgomery ,whilst the quality seemed to be good the lining pictured on the website which played a large part in me choosing the coat was entirely different ,on contacting Montgomery I was casually told that the photo was several years old and that they had changed the lining but had not bothered to change the photo.I was offered a refund but return postage would be at my own cost until I had to remind them that it was their misleading photo that had caused the problem.

An excellent service coat was delivered within 24 hours. Having spoken to the sales office before ordering I was able to order the size correctly. Overall very pleased.
