The RackBuddy Dalton comes with a wooden look (not real wood). In general, it looks ok, but is horrible to assemble and because some screws are so difficult to screw in (even using oil), our RackBuddy Odin isn’t stable. Didn’t return because will be another trouble to disassemble and sent it out (and need to pay again the return). Don’t recommend.

Like the product, but ideally would like instructions or at least a QR link to a video tutorial for installation. Delivery was also poor - expensive, and GLS delivered to a shop 20 mins away instead of to my address - not ideal for such a heavy product.

Shipping to Germany was very fast, easy assemble, very happy with my purchase!

Some screws where missing and needed another parcel. Set up instructions were really unhelpful. The rack itself once it's finally set up is nice. But the price and the building experience make it less loveable.

Keine Angst…nur zu empfehlen! Meine Kleiderstange wurde mit GLS versendet, welches etwas schwierig zu verfolgen war (dazu empfehle ich im Nachhinein die GLS App). Leider ging mein Paket frühzeitig zurück aber Patricia schickte es mir unentgeltlich zurück nachdem ich sie kontaktierte, da der Fehler ja bei der Post lag. Sehr schnelle, freundliche Reaktion und eine gute Ware, wie beschrieben.
