Ich hatte aus den Vorjahren bereits zwei Einzelkleiderschranklösungen gekauft und wollte nun eine Lösung für das neue Zuhause, bei dem ich möglichst viele Teile, die ich schon habe nutzen kann. Das Beratungsgespräch war super. Nach vorheriger zusendung meiner Vorstellung, einer Skizze und den vorherigen Bestellnummern, wurde ich beraten, und hatte schon ein Angebot mit Skizze vorliegen. Von unkomplizierter Terminbuchung bis hin zum Angebot alles top. Freue mich schon auf den Aufbau. Dankeschön

I usually don’t write reviews but this one is needed. Even though the delivery was not fully satisfying, the customer support of RackBuddy was truly exceptional. They managed to send out a new package within 24 hours after my complaint. Everything while being very nice and understanding. The quality of the products seems to be very good. They feel like they are made of very good materials. Just a great experience! I would honestly recommend to buy at RackBuddy if they have the product you need!

Super happy with my purchase by RackBuddy. The product itself was very easy to assemble. Looks really cool. Only issue i had was with the payment process. I wrote to the customer service team and they gave me some tips on the payment process. All sorted very quickly. Product also arrived 4 days after payment was made. Very happy overall would recommend.

Wunderbare Auswahl. Lieferung ohne Beanstandung und wie versprochen schnell. Aufbau kinderleicht. Die Qualität der Produkte ist sehr hoch. Ich werde unser 2. Zimmer mit einer großen Variante ausstatten und freu mich schon drauf.

I ordered a 80cm "RackBuddy Joey" and recieved a 70cm.. I can't be bothered with dismantling and returning the thing. It's not even worth asking for a 1€ refund (difference in price of 70/80cm). Quality is good though and i'm happy with the product. I appreciate the fact it comes with screws and dowels.
