Great product, however it was hard to assemble and had to be either screwed loosely or really tight in order for all the pieces to align and fit together. It does work now but it's not as solid as it should be. Please do a better job at cutting out your threads so they fit without a problem.

The Rack is nice, but unfortunatelly the black painted Hangers loose their color after just a few days of usage.

It was a bit tricky to reach the service team via phone, but once I succeeded, everything was really easy. I just needed some longer pipes and the service team organized this in a very simple, quick, and friendly manner. Simply perfect customer service orientation! Ich hatte ursprünglich 4 5er-Sets Kleiderbügel bestellt, mir wurden versehentlich jedoch Kleiderhaken zugesendet. Dies habe ich per Mail reklamiert, nun sind auch die Kleiderbügel angekommen. Der Kundenservice war super freundlich und zuvorkommend (wenn ich 6 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde), der Versand einwandfrei, die Qualität der Bügel ist fantastisch und die versehentlich gelieferten Kleiderhaken darf ich on top behalten! Insgesamt wirklich eine 5-Sterne-Kauferfahrung!
