Just received my first order. Only tried one bottle as the other is a gift. Smells great and almost identical to the real thing. Top tip: use your phone torch to see the number on the top of the box as it’s very difficult to see with the naked eye especially if you’re of a certain age 🙄 Thanks to Steve for a very prompt response when I asked about this.

Initial delivery was damaged in transit, however replacement delivered in timely manner, and additional product given by company for the inconvenience. A great touch by the company, even though this was not their fault. Great focus on customer satisfaction….well done 👏🏻

First of all the delivery took ages and after finally receiving the items , the description of the quantity of the items was different on their website to the items received. In the description says the bottle was 500g but what I was sent was 450g which makes a lot of difference when you pay for 6 bottles . No response from them after messaging them, so over all not happy with their customer service

I ordered my body wash in November and it only arrived on the 3rd of March ! I received no updates or even a delay notice I’m appalled! This was a Christmas present for my uncle which he is now getting 4 months late ! Disgraceful
