great fragrances and good value for money. great customer service with quick replies and friendly steve. delivery took around 6 weeks which is understandable due to covid but would have appreciated a notice beforehand stating how long it would approximately take. but overall very happy and would definitely purchase again

My gift set arrived and smells absolutely beautiful unfortunately the wax burner was completely smashed and the candle chipped, I know this wasn’t their fault it was Royal mails but straight away they sent out replacements without hesitation, will 100% be recommending this company and I will be back have already ordered another set, the team are just unbelievably friendly and so quick to reply, best customer service I’ve had in a long while!!! X

Took nearly 3 weeks to come although delivery states 7-10 days, asked for a refund as I no longer required the item which was meant for a birthday gift, had a quick response with a update as to when the item would be dispatched, I still asked for a refund - no response and they still sent the item anyway, opened the packaging and the cap of the body balm was snapped 😊 would not recommend.
