These guys know their stuff, I was given a solution for our visual set up that worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend RCB Logic, they will not disappoint you. I was going to go for an expensive set up but René the tech advisor was exceptional.

Extremely helpful and fast service, had a minor issue with the launch of PDS2 but the service and resolution showed dedication to customer service. Advise on final selection of equipment to be purchased was also very helpful in making the final choice, which I'm extremely happy with.

My Atem mini pro failed with HDMI out, but when I called by phone RCB Logic I got one of the best Customer Services in my experience, and my product was replaced.

Out of the three companies I called up for quotes and advice RCB logic were the only ones who had a working knowledge of the products in question. They talked me through my usage scenarios and what draw backs and compatibility issues i might find when interfacing with other equipment. They then went on to beat the price of a company who were selling the same product (but were not a registered reseller). I actually feel pretty bad now for haggling but it wasn't my money i was spending... The old guard who actually learn the products they sell are a dying breed that will be missed when they're gone! I for one will support companies like RCB Logic with future purchases.

I tried ordering the camera multiple times from different online stores and either got nowhere and had to ask to be refunded or had my order cancelled. RCB Logic were by far the best and actually managed to deliver my item in good time. Due to a general shortage of the item, I knew I would be waiting. They supplied me with regular updates, were easy to get hold of when I wanted to check the status, and had a competitive price. Perfect company to use for large expensive orders. I wish more companies acted like this. I recommend them for any Blackmagic Products. I’m sure they are just as good with other brands. I will definitely order with them again. They should be your first choice too!
