I ordered two signal boosters over the Internet and they came the next day. Unfortunately they did not work in my configuration. RCB were able to provide excellent personal technical support to try to resolve the problem and ultimately were happy to take the items back again. I received a credit note the following day.

Excellent. Delivered even before time

Have now purchased three PTZ Optics cameras from this firm and can recommend both the cameras and RCB Logic without reservation. The cameras were delivered extremely quickly and the one we have had in operation for several months streaming church services has worked flawlessly. I had to return one of the more recently obtained cameras (my fault) to be replaced with one with a bigger zoom and RCB Logic could not have been more helpful.

Absolutely brilliant service, I had telephoned to make a couple of queries and the fellow on the phone was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have bookmarked the site and will certainly be using them again.

Great service and communication. The only thing I would say, and it's not a big deal, is that the version that came was 16 and not 17, all that is needed is an update via the Blackmagic site, update it to 17 and away you go. As I say, super service, the product is fab and the price was great, all in all, happy chappy.
