We've been very happy with Refunds Manager. They got us back 8 grand to date which is money we wouldn't have otherwise. We are aware of these issues that happen on Amazon and most big businesses that we're never reimbursed for but we didn't have the resources to go into it until we learned about Refunds Manager. Definitely recommended

Good but way too expensive. 25% is a lot...

I have used several other companies for refund management in the past. This one has pros that outweigh the cons. 1. They are the most expensive. This is the biggest con IMO. However, you kind of get what you pay for and it's cheaper than handing this task over to a specific employee so the cost is acceptable. 2. You can't pick and choose the areas you want them to handle refunds in. For instance, they handle reconciliation of shorted items on shipments. This is low hanging fruit that anyone can do quite easily. I don't need a company to handle this for me but I can't opt them out of doing that portion. So they get some very easy money by handling reconciliation claims. However, they do handle lost, damaged, reimbursement cases more thorough than anyone else I have used and this is what you are paying them to do. No easy way for a seller to tackle this. 3. PROS-customer service is excellent. No issues whatsoever. Someone is always available. Best part is, you never need them because they just handle business with no interaction from the seller. Auto-pilot at it's best. 3.
