I trust the process, and after a year, I can verify that it works. It is just very expensive, and there are much cheaper alternatives.

Great company. They managed to recover in excess of $2500 for me so far! Things they could improve: better website, clearer summary and analysis of where savings are coming from, instructions on how to confirm that Amazon actually reimbursed me. In short, they deliver on their promise, but their usability and interface leaves a lot to be desired. If I had another provider with the same service but better visibility and usability, I would jump to them in a heart beat.

It's great that Refunds Manager can get us reimbursements that would otherwise take us days or weeks to go through. It's a very efficient program and since we only pay when we get reimbursed, it's a win-win situation!
