They saved us significant money on Amazon fees and the process was seamless.

I was a RefundsManager user for 6months. During this time, RM recovered around $2,500. RefundsManager presents itself as searching for 19 different discrepancies. The reality is that 95% of your cases files are going to be either lost shipment units or units lost in the warehouse. I have several friends also using RM and they also found the same type of claims. RM loves these claims because they easy and fast to file. It's a simple matter of checking the shipping queue or looking at the inventory adjustment report. After we ended our relationship with RM, we use the Amazon inventory report and claimed an additional $1,500 for only lost or damaged inventory. Mostly it was RM had not actually performed a basic check to see that Amazon reimbursements were actually received. When we checked more closely the cases created for units lost in shipments, we found that RM was uploading damaged or blank PDFs that would not open as invoice proof. We were never consulted about this. This absolutely puts your Amazon account at risk. RM presents itself as searching for those 19 discrepancies. I believed when I contracted this company they would have strategies in place to find all these reimbursements. Sadly they seem to only file reimbursements that are easy and typically large. We saw this behaviour across many accounts. Use Amazon reports and you will do a better job at finding Amazon lost, damaged and destroyed. Handle units lost in shipment yourself.
