no contact after opening account, I sent also email asking what to do next after registration, the panel on account was very weird, looked like the operation is inactive, no way to contact with support through the account, lack of documentation. Sent another email asking why they don't inform people their operation is closed. Not happy and will not recomened due to poor communication and poor navigation system.

Refunds Manager surprised me with: their speedy and comprehensive service in finding and delivering on their promise, money that would normally be held by Amazon for refunds that I would have given up on.
