Works great, I just wish the % were a tad smaller. They have gotten back tens of thousands of dollars from Amazon for us! And we would have NEVER retrieved this money on our own, 100%, no way. They do a thorough job. Just sit back and get money from Amazon losing your stuff.....and other reasons. You get the reimbursements and pay them their cut. Positive income for sure. I'm very happy to have them.
