For the most part the service provided by Refunds Manager is good. But I find that the 25% they take is quite high. Furthermore, please be aware that they also take 25% for goods that were misplaced by Amazon and then found. For that part it seems quite pointless since Amazon eventually locates these products anyway. What we do now is make sure we track what we can without the help of Refunds Manager and only leave the rest to them. If they took a lower percentage then we would just let them do all the work without worrying about the cost.
