They investigate all areas of my inventory. They don't miss a single item. Their service is very professional, reliable, and consistent. Free's up more of my time, I have no issues with them. They do what I need done without ever involving me. Seamless, efficient and I wish more services for Sellers operated like Refunds Manager. Well done!

Seamless and gets back money that would otherwise be lost. I reconcile shipments myself but all else I leave to refund manager to take care of.

For the most part the service provided by Refunds Manager is good. But I find that the 25% they take is quite high. Furthermore, please be aware that they also take 25% for goods that were misplaced by Amazon and then found. For that part it seems quite pointless since Amazon eventually locates these products anyway. What we do now is make sure we track what we can without the help of Refunds Manager and only leave the rest to them. If they took a lower percentage then we would just let them do all the work without worrying about the cost.
