I love this company. I do nothing and I just see more and more reimbursements in my Seller Central account. The 25% charge is well worth it. I do not have the time nor the patience or tools to look for every missing, damaged, or lost inventory. Great job!

Very good and honest service. Saved me a lot of money. I gave 4 stars because it seems to me like it doesn’t cover all the possibilities for getting a refund.

Refunds Manager has worked well for me. They have found lost or damaged merchandise that AMZ had to reimburse, and have also followed up on returns and refunds, making sure that AMZ pays me what they should. I would never have the time to follow up on all this "lost" money, but Refunds Manager takes care of all of it for me.
