I managed to get a lot of refunds from amazon with refund manager. They are creating cases I manually and not automatically like other companies (which is against amazon TOS). My only regret is that the fee structure should be a little different. I am charged 25% of a refund to one item which take me the same about amount of effort for them. But some of my products are very expensive and it just doesn’t seem justified to pay that steep of a price.

Great job on getting reimbursements

The team do an amazing job at getting refunds for lost, stolen and broken items. My only caveat is the 25% they charge in order to do so as I could do the same thing myself and keep 100% of the money.

It just works. We got over $10,000 refunded within 3 years.

Refunds Manager has made it easy to recapture money I'm completely entitled to but probably wouldn't have taken the time to go after. I'm a fan!
