Really poor quality - the ring arrived with some clear scratches and a hole near where the stone was set. I returned my item but am still waiting for a refund.

Ordered from Germany. Delivery was very fast and easy, no extra costs. And the Product is great quality too! Very pleased.

I ordered a ring which was slightly too big so returned for an exchange. This exchange never happened. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for an update or a refund to which they’ve not responded. It’s been a month now and I feel like my money has been stolen. UPDATE- after writing this review customer service did get in touch and said they had responded to me but got nothing back. I asked them to please attach the response they claim to have sent but they ignored this (likely because they didn’t exist) and now they say they’ve had no correspondence from me at all despite an existing email chain. I’m very happy they resolved my issue but wish they’d just accept the mistake rather than blatantly point the finger elsewhere. For that reason my rating will remain unchanged.

Good delivery service never had an issue and the loyalty schemes pay off if you buy in big orders which I usually do when a new collection gets released. Fantastic Jewellery, decent prices and good delivery.

I love the ring I bought. Beautiful quality and design. I’ll definitely shop here again!
