I ordered a beautiful tough expensive ring, and I received a wrong size. The customer service replay to my many messages with long delays and the all experience is frustrating...

I got this package a few days ago and the color on the ring start to come off. I wore this maybe 3-4 days. I hope to received this with excitement bc how unique I found it to be. I was also looking at another ring at the same time but I don’t think I would spend the money for it. Sorry.

I bought a silver snake ring 4 days ago, I hadn’t got any confirmation number neither tracking information, I been trying to contact your costumers service multiple times I still hadn’t got a single response.
