Customer Service the worst!!

Products may be nice. Customer service is the worst. I am in the US but the item I wanted for a Christmas gift was only available in the UK which they said they shipped safely. It was sent on 12/11 for delivery on 12/16 but never showed up and Fed Ex has been notified but the company is not refunding my money as they say the case has not closed yet. It was only $133 and they are making me wait this long? It's not only the wait that is frustrating but they have no phone number to call and it takes a long time for them to answer an email. Too many other good companies, I would never order from them again!!

Amazing product but delivery took a while

I love the ring, serge denimes products are always beautiful and never disappoint. However, I paid £6 for 48 hour delivery and it took 5 days to come. However, I would very much recommend the ring.

The perfect bracelet

Bought a bracelet for our son for Christmas. He is really happy with it as it is a simple but elegant looking fine sterling silver bracelet. It’s a little bit different from the norm. Serge DeNimes was a great company to order from with good choice and delivery was excellent.

Faulty Product. Poor Service.

I purchased a bracelet from Serge DeNimes as a Christmas gift in October, but incredibly, it broke just two days after giving it to the recipient. What followed was a frustrating and disappointing experience with the brand's customer service. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue via email, I was met with slow responses and no adequate compensation for the faulty product. The lack of urgency and care in handling the situation was shocking and left me feeling completely dissatisfied. This poor experience has completely deterred me from purchasing from or recommending Serge DeNimes in the future. A brand that values its customers would have handled this with far more attention and respect. It’s disheartening to see how poorly they dealt with a legitimate fault in their product.
