Beautiful jewellery! I needed to exchange a ring for a different size and could return free of charge. I was kept up to date and was very happy with the contact. Really lovely, unusual designs that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Pendant wasn't hallmarked due to it not being real silver, only the necklace is hallmarked and not worth the listed price. Misleading information. Beautiful pieces but not precious metal.

Really unhappy with the customer service. I received my item quickly, however when I tried to process a return according to your returns policy it was unsuccessful.
